Don’t Waste Your Time Talking About It — Give Them an Experience with Betty Minifie
What if the most powerful way to understand healing… isn’t through explanation, but through experience?
In this episode of The Energy Healing Podcast, host Leila Briggs sits down with Betty Minifie—longtime Healing Touch instructor, nurse, and educator—to explore a lifetime of stories that reveal the quiet, undeniable impact of energy healing in real-world settings.
From a spontaneous moment in the emergency room—years before she ever trained in Healing Touch—to teaching medical students, mentoring new healers, and working alongside Janet Mentgen, Betty’s journey is grounded, practical, and deeply impactful.
Betty shares why trying to prove energy healing often falls short—and why giving someone a direct experience can change everything.
Together, Leila and Betty explore how Healing Touch integrates into healthcare, education, and everyday life—and how simple moments of presence can lead to profound transformation.
This is a powerful conversation about trust, experience, and the ripple effect of doing the work.
