Levels 4 & 5 + Certification
The Practitioner Path builds on your foundational Healing Touch training and prepares you for professional-level practice. In Healing Touch Levels 4 and 5, you’ll deepen your clinical skills, practice case management, and refine your practitioner presence. The Certification Process then guides you toward achieving the Healing Touch Certified Practitioner (HTCP) credential - the highest standard in our program.
How the Practitioner Path Works
Your journey from advanced student to Certified Practitioner follows a clear, supportive structure - here’s what to expect.
Enroll in a Level 4 Class and Attend
Choose Your Advanced Training Path
Begin with the Level 4 class. You have the option of a single class tuition or the Practitioner Bundle which offers discounted tuition on Levels 4 and 5, plus certification fees.
All classes are taught live online, giving you a flexible and supportive learning environment.
 Begin Your Apprenticeship
Deepen Your Skills Through Practice & Guidance
Begin a formal mentorship with an approved Mentor and begin using everything you learned in Level 4 to complete your Growth Work for Level 5. A minimum of six months of mentorship is required for Level 5.
Note: Mentorship fees are an additional cost and vary by mentor.
Enroll in Level 5 and Attend
Graduate the certificate program and become a Healing Touch Practitioner
In the Level 5 class, you submit the work you completed in your apprenticeship and celebrate your accomplishments. A minimum of six months of mentorship and completion of all the Growth Work is required to attend.Â
Apply for Certification
Earn the Highest Credential in Healing Touch
After Level 5 and program completion, apply for the Healing Touch Certified Practitioner (HTCP) credential. Your application includes mentorship, a case study, and required reports. Upon approval, you’ll take the HTCP Board-Certified Exam to earn your professional certification.
What to Expect in Your Practitioner Path Classes
Your Level 4 and Level 5 classes are taught live online by experienced Healing Touch Certified Instructors. These advanced classes blend real-time teaching, community connection, and self-paced learning to give you a flexible and deeply experiential environment for professional development.
All classes provide ANCC Contact Hours. Healing Touch Program is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

What Makes the Practitioner Path Experience Unique
Becoming a Healing Touch Practitioner is more than learning advanced techniques - it’s a guided, deeply transformative apprenticeship that prepares you to serve at the highest standard of compassionate, ethical care. Through Level 4, mentorship, and Level 5, you’ll step into a journey that blends clinical professionalism with energetic mastery and personal evolution.
You’ll receive individualized support from an approved Mentor during a minimum of six months of mentorship (additional cost), complete documented Healing Touch client sessions, practice case management, and engage in the unique Growth Work curriculum created by founder Janet Mentgen. This level prepares you for the depth and responsibility of professional healing work — giving you the structure, mentorship foundation, and ethical standards required for safe, effective, heart-centered care. Level 4 is also the gateway to your supervised mentorship, where true practitioner growth begins.

This level matters because it marks your transition from apprentice to practitioner. It is where you demonstrate your readiness, integrate your growth work, and receive the guidance needed to move toward certification with clarity and confidence.
