Healing Touch was created by Janet Mentgen, RN, as a nursing continuing education program designed to bring holistic, compassionate care into professional nursing practice. Today, that vision continues through ANCC-accredited Nursing Continuing Professional Development (NCPD), preparing nurses and other healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills to integrate Healing Touch into patient care.

The Healing Touch Integrative Care Program (HTICP) is the department that partners with healthcare leaders and organizations to successfully introduce and expand Healing Touch services. Through education, consultation, implementation guidance, and practical resources, we help organizations build sustainable programs that support patients, caregivers, and whole-person care.
