A Convergence Culture- Bridging Science and Spirit

There is power in science that is unrivaled — unless it is by the enormous influence spirituality has had upon individuals, environments and nations throughout the ages. I’m sure it seemed

startlingly audacious 20 years ago for the International Society for the Study of Subtle Energies and Energy Medicine (ISSSEEM) to assert its mission using the simple tag line, Bridging Science and Spirit. Oh, but the landscape has changed dramatically — whether because accepted science has been contradicted so many times by new findings or because we have actually begun to integrate spirituality, broad-perspective thought, and methodical analysis. We, as humans, not only need to know how the world works, but we need to believe in what it all means and need it to inform us in living our lives —morally, ethically, and spiritually.

“We know the truth, not only by reason, but also by the heart.” Pascal
