Nancy Lester

Nancy, founder and president of Healing Arts Inc., has been in a holistic private practice for over 15 years providing healing touch, holistic nursing consultations, and therapeutic massage.   She is a Certified Healing Touch Instructor since 1998 teaching levels 1-4, Healing Touch for Self Care, and Anatomy for Healers.  Nancy brings to her work over 25 years of nursing experience including critical care, hospice and home care, rehabilitation and hospital administration.  She has been a student of holistic studies and spirituality since the early 80 ’s. Nancy has presented workshops on starting a business, dream interpretation, and loves learning from her students and clients as well as teaching.   As a qualified mentor, she supports monthly practice sessions and mentoring meetings in her community.   She is a member of HTPA.  Nancy feels honored to be chair of the ethics committee and to work with such heart centered and proficient peers.

Jerry Becker

Jerry Becker, CAE, HTCP/I, QM

Jerry has been a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner since 2003, and is a Level 1 instructor and Qualified Mentor. He is honored to serve Healing Touch Program as Vice Chair of the Ethics Committee. Jerry works at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, College of Letters and Science, Physics Department as a Research Instrument Maker creating designs, devices, and prototypes for research projects. He is a Certified Ayurveda Educator, an Ayurveda Practitioner Intern and serves as the Energy Therapy Director for Kanyakumari Ayurveda and Yoga Wellness Center, teaching Yoga Instructors, and Ayurveda students Pranic Healing, Chi Kung, Chitta Nadi Meditation, and Chakra Balancing classes. He has been involved in the Martial Arts for 30+ years, now mainly focusing on Tai Chi and Chi Kung. He wishes to empower you to speak your truths, be nice and be well. Relax, breathe, flow.

Mindy GrahamMelinda Graham, RN, CPIMI, CIMI, HTCP

Melinda (Mindy) Graham, RN, HTCP, CPIMI is a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner who additionally holds certification in massage and touch interventions for infants and young children with special needs. Her nursing background includes 30 years of experience working in the NICU, public health and early intervention venues where clients included premature and fragile infants, infants and toddlers with special needs, pregnant and parenting adolescents, and pregnant women at risk. She has specialized training in sensory integration and the use of touch, rhythms and journaling as healing modalities. She has completed HealthRhythms - a musicempowerment protocol created by the health division of Remo drum company. She currently serves as a member of the Ethics Committee for the Healing Touch Program. In her private practice, Sparrow Song, Mindy provides a range of gentle healing arts as she works with women of all ages and young children.

Nancy Fabro was educated as a Licensed Practical Nurse and for over 12 years successfully managed her business as Owner/Director of a major Canadian Home Care franchise. She sold her business in 2003 and became interested in Healing Touch as a continuation of her desire to bring wellness to others. She is currently a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner/Instructor and Qualified Mentor. She is a member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada and is serving as Chairperson of the Ethics Committee for the Healing Touch Program. She has a Healing Touch Practice on her peaceful country acreage.

Cynthia HutchisonCynthia Hutchison, DNSc, RN, MSN, HTCP/I

Cynthia Hutchison is the Director of the Healing Touch Program™. In the early 1980s, she began studying natural health and energy therapies. She is an avid student of spirituality and energy medicine. As a doctorally-prepared nurse from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. (1987), Cynthia is also knowledgeable in the mainstream health sciences. With a master's degree as a clinical specialist in mental health, she has maintained a private practice in Healing Touch for many years. In 1995, Cynthia initiated the research program for Healing Touch and became the first Director of Research. She was invited by Janet Mentgen (founder of HT) in 2003 to serve as the Assistant Program Director. Cynthia became the Program Director in May of 2005, several months before Janet's death. She brings much positivity, enthusiasm, and creativity to her classes. Boulder, Colorado has been her home since 1993.

My name is Dr Monica Nebauer (RN, PHD) and I am a Registered Nurse and Midwife and work as a Senior Lecturer in the School of Nursing and Midwifery at Australian Catholic University in Brisbane, Australia. I have been practicing energy work for the past 22 years, and started learning Healing Touch in 1994. I have been a certified practitioner of HT since 1997, and an instructor since early 2008. I practice HT in my healing room at home with family, friends and clients, and I also practice HT at the University with colleagues and sometimes, students. I am delighted, humbled, and honoured to be representing Australia on the Ethics Committee of Healing Touch Program and to have the opportunity of working with such a wonderful, knowledgeable, and heart-centred group of HT colleagues.

Jean is a Charter Member of the Healing Touch Program Association, Pastoral Psychotherapist, Healing Touch Certified Practitioner and Certified Instructor, Administrative Staff Chaplain and Healing Touch Specialist at Carolinas HealthCare System. Jean holds a B.A. in Sociology from Winthrop University, an M.R.E. in Education and Social Work from New Orleans Theological Seminary, a M.Div. in Theology from Erskine Theological Seminary, and a D.Min. in Marriage and Family Studies from Erskine Theological Seminary.
