2027 HTPĀ Instructor ANCCĀ Financial Relationship Attestation
As an ANCC-accredited provider of nursing continuing professional development, HTP is required to ensure that its educational activities are free from commercial bias and undue influence from ineligible companies.
Beginning in November 2025, HTP instructors completed a financial relationship disclosure survey as part of our ANCC accreditation requirements.
For 2027, instructors who previously completed the survey do not need to complete the full questionnaire again if their financial relationship information remains unchanged. Instead, you may complete the attestation below to confirm whether there have been any changes since your previous disclosure.
What Is an Ineligible Company?
An ineligible company is an organization whose primary business is producing, marketing, selling, reselling, or distributing healthcare products used by or on patients.
Financial relationships may include employment, consulting, speaking engagements, research funding, advisory roles, royalties, ownership interests, or individual stocks and stock options. All financial relationships must be reported, regardless of the amount involved.
What Do You Need to Do?
-
If nothing has changed: Complete the attestation below to confirm that your previous disclosure remains accurate.
-
If your financial relationships have changed: Indicate this on the form below and complete the ANCC Financial Relationship Disclosure Survey again and provide the updated information.
Please complete this attestation before Dec 31, 2026 in order to teach HTP classes in 2027.
Thank you for helping HTP maintain the integrity, independence, and quality of our ANCC-accredited education.
