Warranty – Healing Touch products are warranted against any defects in materials and workmanship for thirty (30) days. This warranty does not cover failure caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, and normal wear and tear. Any product with a defect in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at Healing Touch discretion. Please contact us for return authorization and warranty evaluation.
Delivery – For standard deliveries we use UPS, which usually takes 2 - 5 business days. We offer UPS 2nd day and overnight for an additional charge. Orders being shipped to a post office box will be shipped via Priority Mail. Please check with us on charges for international shipping.
Return – Our normal shipping rate will be charged on all merchandise exchanges. Returns or exchanges caused by an error on our part will not be assessed additional shipping.
