	City	Please list the city where your support group is held.

	Location	Please list the location where your support group is held. This may include directions.
	Times and Dates	Please list the times and dates in which your support group is held. Example: Meets first Saturday of the month from 3 - 5 pm.
	Description	Please include a description of what your support group does. Include any fees and other requirements Example: Open to Level 1 Healing Touch students through Certified Practitioners. $5 participant fee to cover space rental. The intention of this group is for sharing, guidance and support from peers. To include discussion of various related topics, technique review and healing exchanges. Please RSVP.
