This year's conference offers a total of 16.75 Continuing Education Credits for nursing* and massage** if all sessions are attended.

As spiritual beings that function in a science based world, we need to nurture and deepen our spirits as well as expand our minds. Our conference this year offers a diverse selection of talented professionals and exciting relevant topics that honor and support the professional and personal aspects of the individuals in our incredible community. The conference has been designed to provide you with practical tools that will inspire your growth and development as an individual and a healer. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to take a few days from our busy schedules to join together to honor ourselves, experience joy, nurture existing friendships and create new ones - all while we learn, laugh and grow.

Healing Touch Professional Association (HTPA) members receive a conference discount. If you are not a member, and would like to become one in order to take advantage of this discount you may do so when you register. The Saturday night banquet is included in registration so everyone can participate in this funfilled time. In addition to a delicious banquet dinner, there will be a cash bar, entertainment and the Healing Touch Foundation live auction.

Healing Touch Program Instructor Gathering
The HTP Instructor Gathering begins Wednesday evening, August 13 at 6:00 p.m. with a time of gathering and sharing. It continues on Thursday beginning with a continental breakfast and ends Thursday afternoon at 4:30 p.m. For more information on the Instructor Gathering, click here.
Continuing Education Credits
CE credits for nurses and massage therapists are available for conference and post conference participants. Certificates will be handed out at the end of conference and during post conference sessions.
Registration can be completed on-line OR by downloading the registration form and faxing or mailing to the Healing Touch Program office. If you have questions or need help, please call the Healing Touch Program office at 210-497-5529.
Our location, at the beautiful Hyatt Regency in Schaumburg, is located minutes from the Woodfield Mall. Woodfield has the finest collection of department stores and specialty shops in the Great Lakes region including Nordstrom, Macy's, Lord & Taylor, jcpenney, Sears and nearly 300 stores and restaurants. The Hyatt offers a free shuttle to and from Woodfield. In addtion Spring Valley Nature Sanctuary is close by. Spring Valley is a refuge of 135 acres of fields, forests, marshes and streams. Spring Valley also features over three miles of handicapped-accessible hiking trails, a nature center with natural history displays and information, and an 1880s living history farm. Spring Valley is open to the general public and admission is free.
Cathy Andersen who has taken hundreds of beautiful photos at past conferencse will be our photgrapher again this year. Many images that you see on this website and other Healing Touch Program websites were taken by Cathy. She helps make our world and work beautiful. We greatly appreciate all that she offers us with her discerning, artistic photographic capturing of the Healing Touch Community.
During the Banquet Celebration there will once again be delicious food, joyful entertainment and a lively auction to support the Healing Touch Worldwide Foundation. There will also be a silent auction to support the Healing Touch Worldwide Foundation in their mission to distribute funds to assist, encourage and advance the philosophy, objectives and techniques of Healing Touch. The Institute for Spiritual Healing and Aromatherapy will be hosting a silent auction to support their Foundation which raises funds for individual scholarships.

General Conference, Instructor Gathering and Post Conference: Please notify HTP of any substitutions in writing. The appropriate registration fee will be applied to the substitute attendee. A refund (minus a $50 cancellation fee) will be given your cancellation is received by July 11. Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing. Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after July 11.
