Vendor Application

We are now accepting applications for the 2011 Healing Touch Worldwide Conference. We assign tables on a first come, first served basis basis and according to the specific needs of conference. It is important that you let us know if you will be playing instruments or have activities that might impact other tables around you. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance as a vendor.

Check out the conference schedule to determine scheduled conference activities.

Application Instructions: The application and terms and conditions can be completed by either downloading a word document and completing on your computer or by downloading a .pdf file and filling in by hand. See below for further instructions.

For electronic submission:
  • Download Application and fill in the word document
  • Download, print, sign and scan for emailing Terms and Conditions
  • Click on the grey text box and it will turn black
  • Begin typing
  • Grey text boxes will expand as you type or paste text into them
  • To check a box, double click on it. A formatting box will appear. Choose “checked” under the default box and click OK.
  • Include your credit card number. Please note that applications will not be processed without payment.
  • After completing and saving a copy of this form for your records, email it as an attachment to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
  • Be sure to email both the Application and the signed Terms and Conditions.

To submit via mail or fax:
  • Download Application as a .pdf file
  • Download and sign Terms and Conditions
  • Fill in and send Application with the signed Terms and Conditions and payment to:

    • You may call the HTP office with credit card information in lieu of a check. However, please note that applications will not be processed without payment.

All applications will be reviewed and you will receive an email when the application is received and when it is accepted or rejected.

Exhibit Space Includes:

  • One standard skirted table (standard 6’)
  • 2 chairs
  • Name badges for staff (4)
  • Listing in the Conference Program
  • Listing on HTP Website Conference Page
  • Access to conference attendees

Vendor exhibits will be open during the following hours:

  • Thursday, August 25: 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m
  • Friday, August 26: 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, August 27: 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, August 28: 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Vendor set-up is Wednesday afternoon, August 24th from 4:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m. and Thursday morning, August 25th 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Vendors are required to check in at HTP Vendor Registration by August 25 at 9:00 a.m. Exhibit set-up must be completed by 12:30 p.m. on August 5.

Meals and Lodging:

Meals and lodging are not included in the vendor fee. The Grand Hyatt has discounted room rates for conference vendors and attendees ($115/night single or double). Be sure to say you are with the Healing Touch Conference to receive special rates. Rooms should be reserved as soon as possible as there is limited availability. There are restaurants in the hotel and within walking distance. Conference meals may be purchased if you prefer to join our attendees at meal times.
