If you cannot attend the entire conference, but are interested in attending a Pre or Post Conference Workshop, you can register for the individual workshop of your choice.
Substitution/Cancellation Policy
General Conference, Instructor Gathering and Cavern Tour: Please notify HTP of any substitutions in writing. The appropriate registration fee will be applied to the substitute attendee. A refund (minus a $50 cancellation fee) will be given your cancellation is received by August 18. Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing. Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after August 18.
Pre and Post Conference Workshops: Please notify HTP of any substitutions in writing. The appropriate registration fee will be applied to the substitute attendee.
