Conference Schedule
HTP, HTA and ISHA have worked together to offer keynote speakers, break out sessions and post conference sessions that will appeal and enhance the learning of the entire Healing Touch Community. We are delighted to offer you the following schedule of events.
Conference begins with an Opening Ceremony on at 6:00p.m.Thursday, August 5th and ends on Sunday, August 8th with the Closing Ceremony at 1:30p.m. In between will be an action packed time of communicating, listening and sharing with others from around the globe.
The Saturday night banquet is included in registration so everyone can participate in this fun filled time. In addition to a delicious banquet dinner, there will be a cash bar, entertainment and the Healing Touch Foundation live auction.

Kripalu Yoga Dance is an innovative approach to health and healing. Combining the traditions of yoga with inspiring music, YogaDance uses the chakra system as a template to explore and express our life’s energies through movement and dance. YogaDance is for all bodies of any age or ability. It is a sacred practice applicable to anyone interested in new ways of opening to the abundant riches of self-discovery.
Spring Forest Qigong Active Exercises - Ann Cathcart, BSN, RN, HTCP, HNB-BC
Ann has found this program of healing to be the simplest and most powerful way to self-heal and purify the body’s energies. She has been a student of Master Chunyi Lin, the founder of Spring Forest Qigong, for more than ten years and is now one of his master healers and teachers of Levels One and Two. We will practice seven active qigong exercises which unblock energy blockages, empower the healer and are easy to learn.

Watsu-"Let yourself be floated in warm water supported in another's arms, drifting in deep levels of relaxation as your body releases, stretches and energy system balances. Then, give the same caring support in exchange."

Healing Touch Program Instructor Gathering
The HTP Instructor Gathering begins Wednesday evening, August 4th at 6:00 p.m. with a time of gathering and sharing. It continues on Thursday beginning at 7:30 a.m. with a breakfast buffet and ends Thursday afternoon at 4:30 p.m. For more information, click here.
Other Meetings
Healing Touch for Animals will have an informal gathering on Sunday, August 8th at 2:30pm for Instructors/Coordinators/Students. Meeting room will be posted at conference.
The Institute of Spiritual Healing and Aromatherapy will have an informal gathering on Sunday, August 8th at 2:30pm for Instructors/Coordinators/Students. Meeting room will be posted at conference.
Continuing Education Credits
CE credits for nurses and massage therapists are available for conference and post conference participants. Certificates will be handed out at the end of conference and during post conference sessions to participants
Treatment Room
A separate room will be set up throughout conference for those who wish to receive or give a Healing Touch Treatment. Give the gift of Healing Touch or be on the receiving end. Either way, take advantage of the opportunity to share a treatment with a friend or new acquaintance.

Register before May 1, 2010 to take advantage of the Early Bird pricing.
Healing Touch Professional Association Members receive a special discount. If you are not a member, and would like to become one in order to take advantage of this discount you may do so when you register or by visiting the Healing Touch Professional Association website.

Conference Registration
Registration can be completed on-line or by downloading the registration form and faxing or mailing to the Healing Touch Program office. If you have questions or need help, please call the Healing Touch Program office at 210-497-5529.
If you cannot make conference, but are interested in attending a Pre or Post Conference Workshop, you can register for just the workshop you wish to attend.
Substitution/Cancellation Policy
General Conference: Please notify HTP of any substitutions in writing. The appropriate registration fee will be applied to the substitute attendee. A refund (minus a $50 cancellation fee) will be given if received before the start of the event. Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing. Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after July 30th 2010.
