Join this simple yet profound seven week journey through the chakras. We will delve into one chakra per week - cleansing, clearing and honoring from the Root Chakra on up. In class we will meditate, learn about the function and dysfunction of each chakra and bring healing to it. You’ll gain an experiential understanding of each chakra and learn ways to further heal it and enhance it’s function. Going through the chakras intensively like this brings an opportunity for big shifts over the seven weeks of class. The short classes seem to energetically fill the time between them - informing your personal experiences and your work with clients.

We will learn about stones, affirmations, essential oils, flower essences and exercises to support each chakra. The class is full of information you can use in an ongoing way for your own healing journey as well as with clients. There will be an email handout with information and room for your notes. We’ll have a Facebook forum for sharing our experiences and class will be recorded so if you are not available on the day, you can listen at a later time.

This class will accelerate you on your path and refine your ability to be in the flow and self heal. Students will receive an electronic “hand-out” for each week that provides the student with specific information, activities to strengthen the chakra and bring healing, ideas on using the charka for manifesting and a specific meditation for the chakra being studied. Students will be asked to incorporate one exercise, affirmation or meditation daily. As an added bonus, students may participate in a private group on Facebook to share their reflections, ask questions, etc.

Conference Call Length: Conference calls will be about 75 - 90 minutes in length

Class Needs: Participants need to be able to use a computer to access online materials. The content will all be presented in the tele-seminar phone calls, but additional materials will be made available online through email.

Bonus Resource: Class participants will have access to a private group page on Facebook forum where the class can connect and share experiences. If you do not already have a Facebook account - they are simple to set up and Cherry-Lee will help with instructions.

If you must miss a class: All the classes will be recorded. If you must miss a class you will be able call a phone number provided and listen to the class. The ability to listen to a prior class will only available for one week. It is important to stay current with the class material. Cherry-Lee will post the links on the forum after each call.
