Mentors
Mentorship has always been part of the Healing Touch journey. The relationship of mentor and mentee is a dynamic one of guidance, support, nurturing and advising that is designed to instill confidence, reinforce knowledge and prepare an individual for program completion and the professional role of an HTCP.
Qualified Mentor
A Qualified Mentor (QM) is a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner (HTCP) who has demonstrated on application and by acceptance, to be objectively qualified to successfully mentor students toward graduation and certification. A Qualified Mentor may supervise other mentors as well as his/her own mentees. Since 2011, a Qualified Mentor must serve as supervisor for any mentee who is working with a non-Qualified Mentor.
