Instructor Advancement

As a certified instructor's (HTCP/I) depth of practice and teaching grows, some feel called to teach advanced levels of Healing Touch. It is recommended that an instructor teach at least ten classes at the level they are certified to teach before applying to advance as an instructor to the next level.

Training for upper level classes is done by the Lead Instructor for the level. Training classes are offered on an as needed basis. Advancement to Levels 4 and 5 are extended to the Instructor by invitation. In June 2011, the application for each level was created as a separate document. The content of the requirements did not change with this separation.

Each application contains all the information and criteria needed in order to apply.

Level 2 Instructor Advancement

The Level 2 Instructor Advancement Application and corresponding forms can be downloaded below. Forms are set up as Microsoft Word templates. Level 2 Instructor Advancement Fees:

• Application fee - $50 (non refundable)
• Tuition for the Level 2 Advancement Training is $500.00
• Deposit of $200 for the training class must be paid with your application.
• The remainder of the class tuition, $300, must be paid prior to the class. Payment can be made by credit card
  by calling 210-497-5529, or by mailing a check to the HTP office.
